Agentalent AI

AgentTalent AI is a new, standalone platform developed by monday.com, connecting AI builders and the agents they create with companies looking to hire AI agents. As the designer on the project, I developed the brand identity and visual language from the ground up, with no connection to monday's existing design system.

The goal was to make it feel advanced and innovative, and approachable and unintimidating for companies and users who are not yet familiar with AI technologies. I created a clean, minimal visual system using light gray and dark black as the foundation, contrasted with soft pastel colors to highlight the AI agents and introduce a more welcoming, human quality.

The agent characters were designed with a tactile, clay-like aesthetic, making them feel physical and approachable, as if they were entities you could actually hold — while keeping their intentionally abstract and universal to clearly distinguish them from real people. This balance of futuristic technology and familiar, playful forms became the core of the brand's visual language.
